If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return items must be new, unused, unaltered, unwashed, free from odors
    or dirt, with original tags attached and company packaging. 
  • Final sale, clearance, custom products cannot be returned.
  • Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless
    the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We’re happy to exchange sizes or colors if stock is available.
  • If your preferred item is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a
    refund.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10
    business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Damaged / Defective Items

    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

  • How to Start a Return

    1. Email us at foryou@romia24.com with your order
      number and reason for return.
    2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
    3. Send the item back, and we’ll process your
      exchange/refund
