Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Return items must be new, unused, unaltered, unwashed, free from odors or dirt, with original tags attached and company packaging.
- Final sale, clearance, or custom products cannot be returned.
- Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We’re happy to exchange sizes or colors if stock is available.
- If your preferred item is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged / Defective Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at foryou@romia24.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Send the item back and we will process your exchange/refund.
